Volunteer Leadership Program Being a part of any organization is rewarding, especially when others contribute their time and talents to help make an event truly special. The EWGA is nothing without its member volunteers! EWGA-Orlando depends upon our volunteer’s active participation throughout our Chapter. Your time, talent, and creativity play an integral part in the success of our organization. We want you to know how valuable your contributions really are, so we're proud to announce the new Volunteer Incentive Program. Every Woman Gives A little of her time, her talent, her creativity. Members not serving on the Board will be awarded points based upon their volunteer participation to the organization throughout the year. Volunteers with the highest number of points accumulated each Quarter will be recognized and rewarded with very special gifts. In addition, the member who achieves the highest number of points during the year will receive our highest award – Volunteer of the Year!
