Cancellation Policy

In most cases the Chapter is obligated to the event venue for a specific number of participants.  In most cases we have to pay for our total committment.  We realize your plans can change.  Please make every effort to let us know if you wish to cancel.

Each Orlando event will have a specific registration and cancellation deadline.  No problem for you register ahead of time because you can cancel your participation anytime prior to the deadline and receive a full refund. 

Please note that you will be committed to pay for the event if cancellation is NOT made prior to the deadline.  If you register on line but have not paid for the event, you will need to reimburse the Chapter for the event if propper cancellation notice is not provided.
